The Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Boat Operator course
(Defra Module 4) is for emergency services or rescue teams who carry out rescues in a swiftwater and flood environment, such as fast-moving rivers and flash flood conditions.
Course Duration: 30 hours (5 days)
Prerequisites: Swiftwater Flood Rescue Technician.
Prerequisites: Over 18. Rescue 3 Europe SRT or above.
Course length: 5 days (Initial)
3 days (Recertification)
Course content includes all elements of the RBO and FRBO courses.
